Every trip live in The STACKS App
See every trip as it happens, on the order it belongs to.
Notified at every step
Phone, desktop and browser notifications when a trip is booked, picked up, arriving or delivered, and if there is any problem. Each one opens the order, plus an email.
Your own markup
You set your own markup on top of the courier price.
Your local area
Coverage is Uber Direct's local delivery area around your shop.
Repair
Repairs picked up and returned.
Phone repair pickup and delivery, for customers who cannot get to the shop: repair that comes to them, from their home or office.
The customer books a courier at checkout. The driver collects the device from their home or office and brings it to your shop.
When the repair is done, you send it back with one tap, or the customer picks it up in store. The customer chooses, and pays upfront for the trips they chose.

Buyback
Sell your phone without leaving home.
Phone buyback pickup, so a seller can sell their phone without leaving home.
The seller books a courier pickup in the sell flow and pays the Device Delivery price upfront. The device goes straight to your shop.
Ecom
Local delivery to the door.
Local phone delivery for your online store, so a buyer nearby gets the order at their door.
Buyers choose Device Delivery at checkout for local orders, and follow the live tracker after purchase.
How to switch it on.
Adding courier pickup to a repair shop, buyback pickup or local delivery to a phone store takes three connections.
-
01
Open an Uber Direct business account
Open your shop's own business account at direct.uber.com and add a card. Uber bills that account per trip, and your customer pays the delivery fee at checkout.
-
02
Connect Uber in The STACKS App
Go to Account, Shipping Integration, Uber. Paste the three keys from Uber Direct (Developer, API Keys), switch on Repair, Buyback or Ecom, and turn on notifications.
-
03
Connect Stripe
In The STACKS App, go to Account, Payment Integration and connect Stripe, so customers can pay for trips.
-
04
It appears on your website
Once all three are done, Device Delivery appears on your STACKS website by itself.

Device Delivery, answered.
Who pays for Device Delivery?
Device Delivery is free for every STACKS shop. The customer pays the delivery fee: the live courier price shown at checkout, paid upfront on the shop's own branded checkout. The shop can add its own markup.
Which areas does Device Delivery cover?
Coverage is Uber Direct's local delivery area around the shop.
How does tracking work?
The customer follows a live 3D map tracker on the shop's own website, in the shop's logo colours. It shows every stage (booked, driver on the way, picked up, on the way, delivered) with the driver's first name, car, plate and position. Texts and emails from the shop link to it, and the shop sees every trip live in The STACKS App.
What happens at the handoff?
The driver takes a photo and a signature at pickup. The person receiving a device gives a PIN.
Can I add my own fee?
Yes. The shop sets its own markup on top of the courier price, and the customer sees one delivery fee at checkout.
Do I need my own Uber account?
Yes. The shop connects its own Uber Direct business account to STACKS once, in The STACKS App, and Uber bills that account per trip.
Which STACKS shops can use it?
Every STACKS shop, free, in all three classes: Repair, Buyback and Ecom.
