FAQ

Questions About
The App

This FAQ focuses on what STACKS does, how pricing works, how the platform fits real device workflows, and what to expect before you start.

What is STACKS? +

STACKS is the operating system for electronics businesses. It brings device checks, inventory tracking, market pricing, marketplace workflows, shipping, reporting, and cross-platform access into one system.

Who is the app built for? +

STACKS is built for electronics stores, phone flippers, repair shops, buyback operators, resellers, and pawn shops that need cleaner intake, stronger inventory control, and better resale workflow.

What comes with the core STACKS Platform? +

The core platform includes inventory management, IMEI and device verification tools, market pricing intelligence, shipping integrations, reporting, and cross-platform access across web, mobile, and desktop.

Which Stack should I pick? +

Pick the Stack that matches your business model. Repair Stack if you run a repair shop. Buyback Stack if you buy devices from the public. Ecom Stack if you sell online. All three are the same price and run inside the STACKS app, so you can add more later.

How does pricing work? +

Every Stack is $67 per month plus a one-time $999 launch setup. Same price for Repair, Buyback, and Ecom. The launch setup covers the website build, integrations, and configuration so your Stack goes live ready to run.

Does STACKS handle IMEI and device checks? +

Yes. STACKS includes IMEI and device verification tools, scan history, and device check workflows so operators can reduce risky buys before bad inventory enters the system.

Can STACKS track inventory from intake to sold? +

Yes. STACKS is built to track the full device lifecycle from intake to inventory to resale, including notes, photos, status, history, filtered views, and aging alerts.

Can I post to eBay and other marketplaces from STACKS? +

Yes. STACKS supports eBay listing and sync today, with BackMarket, Best Buy, Reebelo, and Walmart integrations in beta. You can track active listings across channels and keep inventory aligned as devices sell.

Does STACKS help prevent double selling? +

Yes. Cross-channel sync covers eBay today and is expanding to BackMarket, Best Buy, Reebelo, and Walmart. When a device sells on any channel, STACKS keeps your other listings accurate instead of leaving manual cleanup behind.

Can STACKS work with my current POS or existing tools? +

Often yes. Some businesses replace older tools, some keep parts of their current stack, and some use a hybrid setup. The right fit depends on how you currently buy, repair, track, and sell devices.

How do the apps fit in? +

STACKS is built as a cross-platform system. Teams can use web, iOS, Android, Mac, and Windows access depending on the workflow they need to run.

Can I see the app before I commit? +

Yes. You can take a free test drive or book a walkthrough. That is the fastest way to see how STACKS handles checks, inventory, pricing, listings, and workflow in a real environment.

How long does setup usually take? +

App access can be available right away. Stack launch setup (website, integrations, configuration) typically takes one to two weeks after your onboarding call, depending on how much custom workflow you need configured.

Need the Full Walkthrough?

The fastest way to understand fit is still a quick screenshare of your workflow and what you want STACKS to replace, improve, or unify.
