Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using STACKS or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

STACKS provides a platform for phone stores, pawn shops, and device resellers, including inventory management, diagnostics, pricing intelligence, multi-channel marketplace tools, shipping, and automated price sheets. The Service is provided "as is" and may change without notice.

3. Account and Billing

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the Service
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Resell Service data without authorization

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Market data provided through the Service is for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

6. Connected Third-Party Accounts

Parts of the Service let you connect an account you already hold at another company, including Google Business Profile, so that STACKS can act on that account for you. The following applies to every such connection:

  • You confirm that you own the connected account, or are authorized by its owner to connect it and to let STACKS act on it.
  • STACKS acts only within the permissions you grant when you connect, and only until you revoke them.
  • You remain responsible for the content published to a connected account through STACKS, and for its accuracy.
  • The other company's own terms and policies continue to apply to your account with them. Nothing in these terms changes them, and a connection can be limited or ended by that company at any time.
  • You can disconnect at any time, from the connection settings in STACKS or from the other company directly. Revoking a connection stops the features that depend on it.

How STACKS handles data obtained from a connected Google account, including deletion after you revoke access, is set out in Section 4 of our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by STACKS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your own data uploaded to the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STACKS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service.
