Integrations / MyRepairApp

The website and leads layer
for MyRepairApp shops.

MyRepairApp runs the counter for repair shops that want tickets, customers and inventory in one register. STACKS is not a POS and does not replace it. It syncs both ways with MyRepairApp, so what happens on your website lands in MyRepairApp, and what happens in MyRepairApp shows in STACKS.

Two-way sync today: customers, tickets, inventory. Per-location credentials, so multi-store shops connect each location on its own.

What syncs

MyRepairApp keeps the register.

Receipts, payments, the ticket board and the day-to-day counter stay in MyRepairApp. STACKS connects with the MyRepairApp API key you already have, and records in both systems so nobody re-keys anything.

STACKS adds

Website and leads

SEO device and repair pages, native booking (rendered into the page, not an iframe), intake forms, and call and form tracking on your own domain. Bookings become MyRepairApp tickets.

STACKS adds

Inventory and IMEI

IMEI and device checks, grading, buy and sell price intelligence, and inventory status for the devices that pass through the counter, with the POS as the system of record for the sale.

STACKS adds

Messaging and ads

Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp and eBay messages in one inbox, Google Business Profile and social posting, and Meta ads built from your real prices and reviews.

How a booking flows

From your website to a MyRepairApp ticket, on your domain the whole way.

  1. 01

    Customer finds you

A device and repair page on your own domain ranks for the search. No third-party page in between.

  2. 02

    Books on your site

The booking form is part of the page, not an iframe, so the engagement and the conversion count for your domain.

  3. 03

    Ticket lands in MyRepairApp

The customer and the ticket are created in MyRepairApp. Your team works it the way they already do.

  4. 04

    Both systems stay in step

Updates sync back, and the STACKS customer ledger follows the device so follow-up, reviews and remarketing know the story.

MyRepairApp shops ask

Does STACKS replace MyRepairApp?+

No. STACKS is not a POS. MyRepairApp keeps the register, tickets and payments. STACKS adds the website, leads, IMEI and pricing tools, messaging and ads around it, and syncs customers, tickets and inventory both ways so nothing is re-keyed.

What exactly syncs between MyRepairApp and STACKS?+

Customers, tickets and inventory, in both directions. A booking on your STACKS website creates the customer and ticket in MyRepairApp. Inventory movements show in both systems. Each location connects with its own MyRepairApp API key.

Does the inventory sync cover used devices I buy from the public?+

Yes. Devices that come in through a STACKS buyback flow get the IMEI check, grading and buy price in STACKS, and the inventory record is reflected in MyRepairApp.

Does this work for multiple locations?+

Yes. STACKS stores per-location POS credentials, so each store connects to its own MyRepairApp account and its own Google Business Profile.

What does it cost?+

The POS integration is included with a Repair Stack. See stacks.tech/pricing for current plans. Every plan starts with a free consult.
